Looking Glass Realty has partnered with ArrowPoint Creative to provide agents with a streamlined system for creating high-quality marketing materials—saving you time and eliminating the need for you to design them yourself.

How the system works:

  1. It begins with: you need marketing materials for a listing.

  2. You place an order through your admin (often just by sharing the listing URL).

  3. Your admin submits the request to ArrowPoint Creative.

  4. ArrowPoint Creative adapts listing details, photos, and your agent information into LGR-branded templates.

  5. Within a few business days, you receive polished, ready-to-use materials customized to your listing.

  6. Payment for the items you ordered is collected by your LGR office admin.

Why Use this System

Available Marketing Materials

Below is the current menu of available items. All assets start as professionally designed templates. When an order is placed, they're customized per listing and agent, then delivered as JPG or PDF files ready for emailing, posting, or printing.

Bundle Pricing

When multiple marketing assets are ordered for the same listing, a bundled rate is applied:

  • Orders of 2 assets for a single listing receive a 10% discount

  • Orders or 3 or more assets for a single listing receive a 20% discount

Bundle pricing applies only to assets requested at the same time for the same property. Ordering everything you need for a listing at once saves time and takes advantage of bundled pricing!

System Details

  1. Send your request to your admin. In many cases, all you have to do is specify what materials you want and share the listing URL from lookingglassrealty.com. Certain materials may require additional information and/or photos.

  2. Admin submits the request. They select the assets needed and provide any additional details (open house info, notes, photos if required).

  3. Design and production. ArrowPoint Creative pulls listing details, refines text, and selects photos to fit each format.

  4. Delivery. Finished materials are emailed to you, ready for print, email, or social media.

  5. Billing. Payment for the items you ordered is collected by your LGR office admin.

What to Provide

Almost always:

  • Listing URL on lookingglassrealty.com

Sometimes:

  • Original photos (to avoid MLS watermarks)

  • Open house details (if applicable)

  • Agent profile link or additional info (for Agent Profile Sheets)

  • Any special notes or preferences

ArrowPoint Creative will handle:

  • Selecting photos

  • Refining listing descriptions

  • Creating static QR codes if necessary

  • Formatting everything for each asset type

Deliverables

You’ll receive finished files that are ready to use:

  • Feature Sheets & Open House Flyers: 8.5” x 11” PDFs (includes blank page border to be office-printer-friendly)

  • Social Media Graphics: 1080 x 1080 JPGs

  • Postcards: 6” x 9” print-ready files (with bleed or margin as needed)

  • Profile Sheets & Booklets: full-bleed (designs go edge-to-edge on page) 8.5” x 11” PDFs for professional printing

Timing

Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the materials requested.

  • 1-page items (social media graphics, postcards, and open house flyers) = 1–2 business days

  • 2-page items (listing feature sheets and agent profile sheets) = 2–3 business days

  • 3+ page items (listing booklets) = 3-5 business days

Notes:

  • Turnaround time begins once all necessary information has been submitted to ArrowPoint Creative by the admin.

  • Urgent requests (1–2 days faster) may be accommodated on a limited basis for a 25% rush fee and are not always available. If you request an "urgent" order but it can't be accommodated, you won't be charged the fee.

  • If something is truly immediate, do-it-yourself Canva templates (not part of this system) are the fastest option.

Availability

  • ArrowPoint Creative operates during standard business days.

  • Occasional planned time away (vacation or out-of-office periods) may extend turnaround times. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible so agents and admins can plan accordingly.

  • For time-sensitive needs during these periods, do-it-yourself Canva templates (not part of this system) are the best option.

Requests submitted during these periods will be completed upon return.

Agents are responsible for carefully reviewing all materials before printing, posting, or sharing.

 

ArrowPoint Creative is not responsible for any errors or resulting costs once materials have been printed, posted, or otherwise distributed.
