Focus. Aim. Precision. Results.

The fundamentals of archery—
and the foundation of
strategic visual design.

ArrowPoint Creative is led by Kevin MacDonald, a designer with a strategist’s mindset, an artist’s eye, and a deep respect for clarity and craft.

Kevin first discovered his love of archery as a child at a summer camp in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. He was drawn to the stillness and focus the sport demands—how every element, from stance and breathing to aim and release, contributes to a single, intentional moment. There’s no guesswork. The arrow lands where preparation and execution lead it.

That same sense of clarity and precision shapes Kevin’s approach to design. Through ArrowPoint Creative, he helps businesses and nonprofits communicate with focus—sharpening ideas, structuring information, and creating visuals that support understanding and action. His work spans logos, T-shirts, posters, brochures, publications, signage, infographics, maps, and illustration-driven graphics, always grounded in the needs of the audience and the context in which the work will be used.

Kevin’s background as an art teacher, nonprofit leader, and outdoor educator informs how he works with clients: listening carefully, organizing complex information, and translating ideas into clear, usable visual communication. Clients value his thoughtfulness, responsiveness, and attention to detail, as well as his ability to guide projects from early ideas through finished, production-ready work.

Kevin has called Brevard, North Carolina home for over a decade, drawn by its blend of creativity, outdoor adventure, and strong sense of community. He is an active member of the Transylvania County Rescue Squad, serves on the board of VISION Transylvania, and is a former Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Pisgah Forest. When he’s not designing or volunteering, he can usually be found trail running, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, contra dancing—or taking a well-aimed shot in his backyard archery range.
